Equipment Purchase The Agency agrees that equipment purchased with Contract funds at a cost of $5,000 per item or more and identified in an exhibit as reimbursable, is upon its purchase or receipt the property of the Agency, County, and/or federal, and/or state government, as specified in the exhibit.
