Equipment Documentation. the Contractor shall provide make, model, age, license number and vehicle identification number (VIN) for all equipment that will be associated with this contract. Equipment documentation shall also include a description of what the vehicle or equipment is used for (e.g., Ford F-550 β which has been outfitted and used as an aerial lift). FAILURE TO PROVIDE A LIST OF EQUIPMENT COULD RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND NO FURTHER CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
