Common use of Equipment and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Equipment and Facilities. ‌ The Association school representatives shall be granted, upon request when not otherwise in use, the reasonable use of school copying and communication equipment; however, school business shall have priority. Such equipment shall not be removed from the school premises by the Association representative. Access to the internet and electronic mail may also be allowed when feasible. The Association will reimburse the Employer for any school materials and supplies used. The Association shall also be responsible for any additional fees and/or charges incurred by the school directly associated with usage by the Association of such equipment including telephone charges as well as rental charges, if applicable.
