Equipment and Facilities. 4.1 XXXX ATLANTIC will establish and maintain such access equipment and related facilities for its Carrier Call Centers as may be necessary to perform the Services specified in Appendix A, provided that Carrier furnishes Xxxx Atlantic the information specified in Appendix C and any changes in such information in a timely and accurate manner. Any additional Services that Carrier seeks during the term of this Agreement will be subject to mutual agreement and the availability of facilities and equipment.
