Equipment and Facilities. 4.1 Xxxx Atlantic will establish and maintain such equipment and related facilities as may be necessary to perform the Services under this Agreement, provided that Carrier furnishes Xxxx Atlantic the information specified in Appendix C, and any changes in such information, in a timely and accurate manner. Any additional services that Carrier seeks during the term of this Agreement will be subject to mutual agreement and the availability of facilities and equipment.
