Common use of Equal Application Clause in Contracts

Equal Application. a) The Company and the Union agree that the provisions of this Agreement shall apply to all employees covered by the Agreement without discrimination. b) The provisions and protections of this Article will apply to probationary employees. c) The Company and the Union are committed to applying this Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Ontario Human Rights Code (the “Code”) and the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (“OHSA”).
