Equal Application. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees in the bargaining unit in accordance with state and federal law.
Equal Application a) The Company and the Union agree that the provisions of this Agreement shall apply to all employees covered by the Agreement without discrimination.

The Union shall share equally with the College in the responsibility of implementing this provision of the Agreement.
