Common use of Equal and Ratable Lien Clause in Contracts

Equal and Ratable Lien. Make or cause to be made, if any property (whether now owned or hereafter acquired) is subjected to a Lien in violation of Section 8.03, effective provision satisfactory in form and substance to the Required Lenders whereby the obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement and the Notes will be secured by such Lien equally and ratably with any and all other liabilities secured thereby. Such violation of Section 8.03 shall be an Event of Default, whether or not any such provision is made pursuant to this Section.

Such violation of Section 8.03 8.3 shall be an Event of Default, whether or not any such provision is made pursuant to this Section.

Such violation of Section 8.03 7.3 shall be an Event of Default, whether or not any such provision is made pursuant to this Section.
