Common use of ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING Clause in Contracts

ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING. i. All Contractors and sub-contractor personnel will be required to be briefed on the Contractors Agreement (this document) and the Site Environmental Management Plan. ii. The Contractor must induct his staff before work will be allowed to commence on the Estate. iii. A register is to be kept of all staff members participating in the environmental education process. This register is provided as part of the induction package. iv. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all the sub-contractors receive environmental training. Refer to clause 2.3.2 – Qualifications of Contractors of this Agreement.
