Common use of ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING Clause in Contracts

ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING. The Contractor may be tasked to develop and provide comprehensive environmental training to installation staff, such as, but not limited to: initial and refresher HAZWOPER training; training for personnel handling petroleum products as required by Spill Prevention, Countermeasure, and Control Plans; training for underground storage tank operators as required by the Energy Policy Act 2005; training in the Installation Environmental Management System; unit and tenant environmental compliance officer training; and pollution prevention training. Additionally, the Contractor may be required to develop and maintain technical libraries and resource centers, websites, and support for environmental conferences and seminars.
