Common use of ENVELOPE No Clause in Contracts

ENVELOPE No. 2: (Financial Bid) This envelope shall be opened online immediately after opening of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇, only if contents of Envelope No. 1 are found to be acceptable to the Department. The tendered rates (Item rates) in Schedule ‘B’ shall then be read out in the presence of bidders who remain present at the time of opening of Envelope No. 2. After Tender opening, the EMD of the unsuccessful bidder will be returned to account provided by the bidder during the bid preparation as given in challan under Beneficiary Account Number. In case of successful tenderer, it will be refunded on his paying initial Security Deposit and completing the tender documents in form B-1.
