Entry into force and application. 1. The Parties shall ratify or approve this Agreement in accordance with their internal procedures. Each Party shall notify the other Party of the completion of those procedures. 2. This Agreement shall enter into force on the later of: a) the specified date; or b) the first day of the second month following the date of receipt of the later of the Parties’ notifications that they have completed their internal procedures. a) Pending entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall provisionally apply this Agreement from the specified date. b) A Party may terminate the provisional application of the Agreement by giving written notice to the other Party. Such termination shall take effect on the first day of the second month following notification.
