Lessee covenants and agrees with Lessor to permit Lessor or its agents or representatives to enter into and upon any part of the Premises at all reasonable hours (and in emergencies at all times) to inspect the same, or to show the Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, or insurers, to clean or make repairs, alterations, or additions thereto, as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable, and Lessee shall not be entitled to any abatement or reduction of rent by reason thereof.
