Common use of Entries Binding Clause in Contracts

Entries Binding. The entries made in the Register and each Loan Account shall be presumptive evidence, absent manifest error, unless the Borrower objects in writing to information contained in the Register and each Loan Account within sixty (60) days of the Borrower's receipt of such information in written form.
