Common use of Engineering Changes Clause in Contracts

Engineering Changes. Reseller agrees to allow Lenovo to install mandatory engineering changes (such as those required for safety) on all Products in Reseller’s inventory or that it has acquired for internal use, demonstration, or development purposes, and to use best efforts to enable Lenovo to install such engineering changes on your customers' Products.
