Engineer shall. 1. Attend pre-bid conference and provide a presentation of the technical aspect of the project. 2. Prepare Construction Drawings, with Addenda items if needed. 3. Prepare and issue Addenda as appropriate, and as requested by PCCA, to clarify, correct, or change the issued documents. 4. Provide information or assistance needed by PCCA in the course of any review of proposals or negotiations with prospective contractors.
