Engagement of Sub-Contractors. The Employer recognises that in certain circumstances, the use of contractors and supplementary labour may affect the job security of Employees covered by this Agreement. Where there is need for supplementary labour to meet temporary/ peak work requirements, such labour may be accessed from bona fide businesses, including sub-contractors and labour hire companies, following consultation with potentially affected Employees.
