Enforcement of this Agreement. 7.1 The parties agree that each will take prompt reasonable and effective steps to ensure the preservation of the letter and spirit of this agreement and that they will act either unilaterally or when called upon to do so, to prevent any acts in breach of this agreement and to act swiftly and decisively to discipline any person who interferes with the orderly conduct of the picket, any peaceful picketing or the conduct of the company’s lawful business.
