It Notwithstanding Section 9.8, it is accordingly agreed that the parties hereto and the Disputing Parties shall be entitled to seek an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof in any court of the United States or any state having jurisdictionhereof; provided, this being however, that, subject to Section 9.8, such remedy shall be in addition to any other remedy to which they are any Party is entitled at law or in equity.
