Enforcement Cooperation. Executive agrees to perform, during and after his employment, all acts deemed necessary or desirable by the Company to permit and assist it, at its expense, in obtaining and enforcing the full benefits, enjoyment, rights and title throughout the world in the Company Inventions hereby assigned to the Company. Such acts may include, but are not limited to, execution of documents and assistance or cooperation in the registration and enforcement of applicable patents, copyrights, maskworks or other legal proceedings.
Enforcement Cooperation. 1. (a) The Parties acknowledge that it is in their common interest to cooperate in the detection of anticompetitive activities and the enforcement of their competition laws to the extent compatible with their respective laws and important interests, and within their reasonably available resources.
Enforcement Cooperation. You agree to immediately notify us of any known or suspected breach of the End User Agreement, Channel Partner Agreement, or the Restrictions, or other unauthorized use of the Software, and to assist us in the enforcement of the terms of the End User Agreement and enforce the terms of the Channel Partner Agreement.
Enforcement Cooperation. You agree to immediately notify us of any known or suspected breach of the Digital Samba Customer Agreement or other unauthorized use of the Products and to assist us in the enforcement of the terms of the Digital Samba Customer Agreement.
Enforcement Cooperation. You agree to immediately notify us of any known or suspected breach of the Bondi Labs Legal Notice or other unauthorised use of the Software Service and to assist us in the enforcement of the terms of the Bondi Labs Legal Notice.
Enforcement Cooperation. You agree to immediately notify us of any known or suspected breach of the Product Agreements, or other unauthorized use of the Products or Services, and to assist us in the enforcement of the terms of the Product Agreements.
Enforcement Cooperation. You agree to immediately notify us of any known or suspected breach of the Cascade Terms and Conditions or other unauthorized use of the Products and to assist us in the enforcement of the terms of the Cascade Terms and Conditions.
Enforcement Cooperation. 1. The U.S. antitrust agencies and the SIC agree that it is in their common interest to cooperate in the detection of anticompetitive practices and the enforcement of their competition laws, and to share information that will facilitate the effective application of those laws and promote better understanding of each other’s competition enforcement policies and activities, to the extent compatible with their respective laws and important interests, and within their reasonably available resources.
Enforcement Cooperation. You agree to immediately notify us of any known or suspected breach of the Rimage Solutions Customer Agreement or other unauthorized use of the Products and to assist us in the enforcement of the terms of the Rimage Solutions Customer Agreement.
