Common use of End User Requirements Clause in Contracts

End User Requirements. End User’s use of the Service is dependent on the type of license purchased (e.g., Devices, seats, Individuals, etc.), as identified in an applicable Quote, and as further described in Webroot’s Licensing Definitions and Guidelines Supplement, which is currently available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/us/en/company/about/licensing-definition-guidelines for the English language version and other URLs provided by Webroot for other language versions (the “Supplement”). THE DEFINITIONS IN THE SUPPLEMENT CONTROL OVER ANY CONFLICTING DEFINITIONS PROVIDED TO END USER BY A DISTRIBUTOR OR RESELLER. End User must comply with all terms and restrictions set forth in a Quote, as supplemented by the Supplement.
