End of Financial Year. The Completion Accounts as they are prepared, relate to the relevant assets and liabilities as listed in Attachment 1 (Pro Forma Completion Accounts). The Accounting Principles that relate to the Completion Accounts are consistent with prior periods as if they were being prepared at the end of the financial year of the Company and are outlined at Attachment 2 of Schedule 5.
