Enclosures. Licensee shall not place Pedestals, Vaults and/or other Enclosures on or within four (4) feet of any Pole or other District Facilities without District’s prior written permission. If permission is granted, all such installations shall be per the specifications and drawings in Appendix D of this Agreement and charges as provided in Appendix A. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
