Enclosures. The following Enclosures shall be an integral part of this Agreement:
Enclosures. The parties mutually agree that the following specified Enclosure(s) is part of this Agreement:
Enclosures. Nothing in this Agreement shall authorize Licensee to place above-ground pedestals, enclosures or cabinets at the base of any City Facilities upon which Licensee has made authorized Attachments.
Enclosures. The following appendixes and other appendixes and individual agreements mutually confirmed by both parties shall form an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement. Attachment 1: Confirmation Letter.
Enclosures. Neither party shall place Pedestals, Vaults and/or other Enclosures on or within four feet of any Pole or other facility belonging to the other party without the other party’s prior written permission. If permission is requested to place a Pedestal, Vault and/or other Enclosure within four feet of the other party’s facilities, such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Enclosures. Licensee shall not place Pedestals, Vaults and/or other Enclosures on or within four (4) feet of any Pole or other District Facilities without the District’s prior written permission. If permission is granted to place a Pedestal, Vault and/or other Enclosure within four (4) feet of a District Pole, all such installations shall be per the Specifications in Appendix D of this Agreement. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. If the District installs or relocates District Facilities within four

If permission is granted, all such installations shall be per the Specifications and Drawings in Appendix D of this Agreement and charges as provided in Appendix A. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Enclosures. Licensee shall not place Pedestals, Vaults and/or other Enclosures on or within four (4) feet of any Pole or other Utility Facilities without the Utility’s prior written permission. If permission is granted to place a Pedestal, Vault and/or other Enclosure within four (4) feet of a Utility Pole, all such installations shall be per the Specifications in Appendix D of this Agreement. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. If the Utility installs or relocates Utility Facilities within four (4) feet from Licensee’s existing Pedestal, vault, and/or enclosure, Licensee shall not be in violation per Article 4.5 of this Agreement.
Enclosures. Both parties agree to take reasonable steps to not place any above-ground pedestals, enclosures or cabinets within a two and half foot radius of the base of any Pole associated with such ground mounted facilities. Each Attaching Utility agrees to cooperate in resolving climbing safety issues identified by the Owner Utility related to the placement of ground mounted facilities at the base of specific Poles.
