Common use of Employment Reference Clause in Contracts

Employment Reference. The Company agrees that all inquiries to the Company regarding Employee’s employment shall be directed and responded to by the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for The Manitowoc Company, Inc.

The Company agrees that all inquiries to the Company regarding Employee’s employment shall be directed and responded to by the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary President of Human Resources and Administration for The Manitowoc Company, Inc., and shall reference only Employee’s dates of employment and positions held.
