Employment Reference. If Executive’s employment is terminated without Cause, or Executive resigns for Good Reason, or this Agreement is not renewed by Company pursuant to a Change of Control, Executive and Employer will negotiate in good faith to reach an agreement on a neutral statement for termination or resignation, to the extent necessary or appropriate. This statement will include, at minimum and as applicable, positions held, date of hire, employment period and confirmation of salary history (if requested by Executive).
Employment Reference. 46.01 As a reply to a specific request in writing by an employee, NAV CANADA shall provide the following information to the prospective employer: • duration of service • principal duties and responsibilities and • a letter of reference at the discretion of NAV CANADA.
Employment Reference. For purposes of inquiries from prospective employers, the Company agrees to provide neutral employment information such as Executive’s dates of employment, job title(s) and salary. All inquiries from prospective employers shall be directed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Employment Reference. The Company agrees that all inquiries to the Company regarding Employee’s employment shall be directed and responded to by the Senior Vice President Human Resources and Administration, and shall reference only Employee’s dates of employment and positions held.
Employment Reference. In response to requests for job references, the Employer’s Human Resources Department shall limit its response to confirmation of Employee’s dates of employment with the Employer, positions held, and pay rates. If further information is requested, the Employer shall state that its policy is not to provide any further information.
Employment Reference. All requests for employment references or information related to Executive’s employment shall be directed to Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx. No other employee of the Company is authorized to give an employment reference for Employee. Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx will inform the potential employer that the Executive’s separation of employment was voluntary and will provide the Executive’s dates of employment and last position held.
Employment Reference. The Company shall, within seven (7) days of receipt of a request from a prospective employer or employment agency, provide a factual employment reference confirming the identity of the positions held by the Executive and the dates of the Executive’s employment with the Company. This Section is subject to any legal obligations the Company may have in respect of the contents of a written reference, and to the proviso that the Company will cease to be obliged to provide a reference, whether written or oral, in the agreed terms if, after the signing of this Agreement, new facts come to the Company’s attention which suggest that the agreed reference would be inaccurate or misleading. The Company also reserves the right to make such disclosures as are required by law or regulatory requirements. While any reference will be given in good faith, neither the Company, any Affiliate nor their directors, officers or employees shall be liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the information contained in the reference, or any loss or damage caused by it.
Employment Reference. In response to any requests for a reference concerning Employee by a prospective employer or other person or entity authorized by Employee to request such information, Company agrees to provide a neutral reference that includes only the position Employee held and the dates of employment.
Employment Reference. Any professional reference concerning Xxxxxxx’s employment with Adaptimmune shall be limited only to disclosure of Xxxxxxx’s job title and dates of employment subject to all such inquiries being made to Adaptimmune’s Global Head of Human Resources.
Employment Reference. The Company agrees that it will provide You its normal reference in accordance with the Company’s policy that limits the information provided to your name, job title, employment dates and salary. Payments made under this Release will not be included in my compensation for purposes of calculating the benefits to which I am entitled under any employee benefit program, notwithstanding anything in it to the contrary.
