EMPLOYMENT RECORD VERIFICATION. The provisions of Division III, Section 12.3 of the District’s Administrative Code Personnel Policies and Procedures are incorporated herein, and made a part hereof by this reference. Proposed changes to this policy that are within the scope of bargaining will not be implemented without first obtaining the concurrence of the Association.
