Employment Qualifications for Classroom Teachers. The Academy shall employ classroom teachers, administrators and chief business officers who meet the certification requirements set forth in Part 22 of the Code, and other Applicable Law. In any other situation as deemed necessary in which the Academy is permitted under the Code, use of non-certified teachers is permitted.

The fact sheet is set forth in Exhibit I of this Contract and is also available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for printing purposes.
