Employment of President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors shall select and employ a President and Chief Executive Officer and fix the compensation of such President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors may terminate the employment of the President and Chief Executive Officer with or without cause at any time, unless an enforceable written contract between the Company and the President and Chief Executive Officer provides otherwise.
