Common use of Employment of Employee Clause in Contracts

Employment of Employee. Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as President and CEO of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the general supervision of the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-time efforts to the performance of his duties as President and CEO of Employer.

Employment of Employee. Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as President and CEO Secretary of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the general supervision of the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-time all necessary efforts to the performance of his duties as President and CEO Secretary of Employer.

Employment of Employee. Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as Executive Vice President and CEO of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the general supervision of the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-time efforts to the performance of his duties as Executive Vice President and CEO of Employer.

Employment of Employee. Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as President and CEO Chief Financial Officer of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the general supervision of the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-time efforts to the performance of his duties as President and CEO Chief Financial Officer of Employer.

Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as President and CEO Chief Executive Officer of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the general supervision of the Board board of Directors directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board board of Directors directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-such time efforts to in the performance of his duties as President and CEO Chief Executive Officer of EmployerEmployer as may be necessary to complete his assigned duties.

Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as President Chairman and CEO Chief Executive Officer of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the general supervision of the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-time efforts to the performance of his duties as President Chairman and CEO Chief Executive Officer of Employer.

Employment of Employee. Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as President and CEO Chief Executive Officer of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the general direct supervision and direction of the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-time efforts to the performance of his duties as President and CEO of Employer.

Employment of Employee. Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as President Xxxxx Xxxxx, Product and CEO Service Delivery of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the general supervision of the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-time efforts to the performance of his duties as President Xxxxx Xxxxx, Product and CEO Service Delivery of Employer.

Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-time efforts to the performance of his duties as President and CEO of Employer.
