Common use of Employment and Term Clause in Contracts

Employment and Term. The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve, as an executive employee of the Company with the duties set forth in ss.2, for a term (hereinafter called the "Term of Employment") which began August 1, 2001 (the "Term Commencement Date") and ending, unless sooner terminated under ss.4, on the effective date specified in a notice of termination given by either party to the other except that such effective date shall not be earlier than the second anniversary of the date on which such notice is given.

Employment and Term. The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve, as an executive employee of the Company with the duties set forth in ss.2, for a term (hereinafter called the "Term of Employment") which began August beginning June 1, 2001 2004 (the "Term Commencement Date") and ending, unless sooner terminated under ss.4, on the effective date specified in a notice of termination given by either party to the other except that such effective date shall not be earlier than the second first anniversary of the date on which such notice is given.

Employment and Term. The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve, as an executive employee of the Company with the duties set forth in ss.2inss.2, for a term (hereinafter called the "Term of Employment") which began August beginning May 1, 2001 2003 (the "Term Commencement Date") and ending, unless sooner terminated under ss.4underss.4, on the effective date specified in a notice of termination given by either party to the other except that such effective date shall not be earlier than the second anniversary of the date on which such notice is given.

The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve, as an executive employee of the Company Company, with the duties set forth in ss.2§2, for a term (hereinafter called the "“Term of Employment"”) which began August 1, 2001 2003 (the "“Term Commencement Date"”) and ending, unless sooner terminated under ss.4§2 or §4, on the effective date specified in a notice of termination given by either party to the other except that such effective date shall not be earlier than the second anniversary of the date on which such notice is given.

Employment and Term. The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve, as an executive Executive employee of the Company with the duties set forth in ss.2ss.3, for a term (hereinafter called the "Term of Employment") which began August 1, 2001 (beginning from the "Term Commencement Date") date first mentioned above and ending, unless sooner terminated under ss.4ss.5, on the effective date specified in a notice of termination given by either party to the other except that such effective date shall not be earlier than the second anniversary of the date on which such notice is given.

Employment and Term. The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve, as an executive employee of the Company with the duties set forth in ss.2§2, for a term (hereinafter called the "“Term of Employment"”) which began beginning August 1, 2001 2005 (the "“Term Commencement Date"”) and ending, unless sooner terminated under ss.4§4, on the effective date specified in a notice of termination given by either party to the other except that such effective date shall not be earlier than the second anniversary of the date on which such notice is given.

The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve, as an executive employee of the Company with the duties set forth in ss.2inss.2, for a term (hereinafter called the "Term of Employment") which began beginning August 1, 2001 2003 (the "Term Commencement Date") and ending, unless sooner terminated under ss.4, on the effective date specified in a notice of termination given by either party to the other except that such effective date shall not be earlier than the second first anniversary of the date on which such notice is given.

The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve, as an executive employee of the Company with the duties set forth in ss.2, for a term (hereinafter called the "Term of Employment") which began beginning August 1, 2001 2003 (the "Term Commencement Date") and ending, unless sooner terminated under ss.4, on the effective date specified in a notice of termination given by either party to the other except that such effective date shall not be earlier than the later of (i) July 31, 2006, and (ii) the second anniversary of the date on which such notice is given.

The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve, as an executive employee of the Company with the duties set forth in ss.2Section 2, for a term (hereinafter called the "Term of Employment") which began August 1beginning January 5, 2001 (the "Term Commencement Date") 1998 and ending, unless sooner terminated under ss.4Section 4, on the effective date specified in a notice of termination given by either party to the other except that such effective date shall not be earlier than the later of (i) January 4, 2003 and (ii) the second anniversary of the date on which such notice is given.
