EMPLOYER’S TAKING OVER. 10.1 Taking Over the Works and Sections Delete in the first paragraph the last sentence: ”or is deemed to have been issued in accordance with this Sub-Clause.” Replace in the last paragraph, in the last sentence “the Taking- Over Certificate shall be deemed to have been issued on the last day of that period”, with “the Contractor shall be entitled to claim subject to Sub-Clause 20.1 [Contractor's Claims]”.
