Intermittent Employees On the first day of the monthly pay period following completion of each period of 160 hours or 20 days of paid employment, each intermittent employee in the State civil service shall be allowed one (1) day of credit for sick leave with pay. Sick Leave Days Payable at 100% Wages Permanent Employees Subject to paragraphs d), e) and f) below, Employees will be allocated eleven (11) sick days payable at one hundred percent (100%) of wages on the first day of each fiscal year, or the first day of employment.

Number of Employees The Union and the Employer agree that no more than one (1) position in each program shall be covered by a Job Sharing Agreement at any one time. No more than two (2) employees may share one (1) full-time position. The position being shared shall remain a regular full-time position within the bargaining unit.
Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.
