Employees released by the Company from service in the Special. Service Branch shall exercise their seniority on their former seniority district provided they have the qualifications to do the work. Any employee who requests release from service in the Special Service Branch will not be permitted to displace any regularly assigned employee but will be permitted to apply for any vacancies within his or her group.
