Employees of the Division of Water. Distribution and the Division of Sewer and Drainage Services, who work at sites designated as contaminated by the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) (Xxxxxxxxxx, etc.), will be paid six dollars ($6.00) per hour. In such cases, the employee shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours hazard pay.
