EMPLOYEES AGED OVER 65 YEARS. 7.1 The parties recognise that Employees under Federal legislation can continue to work beyond aged 65 years. It is agreed that all Employees aged 65 years, provided the Employee is capable and competent to perform all the duties as determined by the Position Description, shall not be disadvantaged and will continue to receive all terms and conditions of employment applicable to Employees under the age of 65 years, including Long Service Leave and Employer contributions to Superannuation.
