EMPLOYEE WARNING NOTICE & CONDUCT OF EMPLOYEES. ‌ A. Just Cause Discipline and Warnings: The Employer shall not discharge or suspend any employee without just cause. Except as specified in subsection C below, the Employer shall give an employee at least two (2) written warnings of any complaint against such employee before he or she is discharged or suspended. Discharge or suspension must be by proper written notice to the employee.
