Employee/Student Problems. The College shall ensure that adequate and appropriate administrative machinery exists to deal with employee/student disciplinary problems which may arise concerning employees subject to this Contract. The employee shall have a right to a fair conference if he/she is involved in an employee/student disciplinary problem. Such conference shall afford the employee a full and complete investigation of the facts involved. If, as a result, further conferences which might result in discipline to the employee are scheduled, the employee shall have the right to Union representation.
