Common use of EMPLOYEE ROTATION AND SECONDMENT Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE ROTATION AND SECONDMENT. Employee rotation and secondment is an arrangement whereby employees are provided with an opportunity to perform a range of different job roles for agreed periods of time. Where an employee applies for a secondment outside their Division, the employee shall advise their Divisional Manager prior to making application. In accordance with the Temporary Transfer of Employees Policy, the Divisional Manager may discuss this with the employee.
