Employee Requested Follow-up Conference. Upon request of the employee, the assessor shall schedule a follow-up conference at which the employee may be represented. Any change in the assessment as a result of this conference shall be initialed or signed by the assessor and employee and the final assessment shall be treated in a manner consistent with this section.
