Common use of Employee Obligation Clause in Contracts

Employee Obligation. All clothing and safety equipment shall be furnished on a loan basis, and the employee shall be required to sign for the same and return them to the District in good and serviceable condition (fair wear and tear expected) as and when the District so requires, and if the employee fails to do so, the employee shall be charged the replacement costs thereof, and such sums may be deducted from any monies payable by the District to the employee.
