EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND INVENTIONS ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT. Executive agrees to execute and abide by the terms and conditions of the Company's standard Employee Confidential Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement, which shall not be materially different from the form attached as Exhibit A hereto.
EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND INVENTIONS ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT. In consideration of my employment or continued employment by Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (“Company”), and the compensation paid to me now and during my employment with the Company, I agree to the terms of this Agreement as follows:
