Common use of Employ Sufficient Labor and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Employ Sufficient Labor and Equipment. If, in the sole judgment of the City, the Contractor is not employing sufficient labor, plant, equipment or other means to complete the Work within the time specified, the City may, after giving written notice, require the Contractor to employ such additional labor, plant, equipment and other means as the City deems necessary to enable the Work to progress properly.
