Emergency Pole Replacements. 25.4.1 When emergency pole replacements are required, SBC-13STATE shall promptly make a good faith effort to contact Attaching Party to notify Attaching Party of the emergency and to determine whether Attaching Party will respond to the emergency in a timely manner.
