Emailing. (1) With the email management available in VCC Live Desk, it is possible to send individual emails by agents, as well as automatic or bulk emails following events recorded in the system. Email sending is supported via the VCC Live platform, in which case the Service Provider will use the third party service indicated in Annex 6 of these GTA, or via the SMTP server managed by the Subscriber as well.
