Common use of Eligible Claims Clause in Contracts

Eligible Claims. Only “Eligible Claims” may be compensated in the Program. An Eligible Claim requires the following: (1) The Claimant has received notification of her Final Enrollment Status as a Program Participant; and (2) The Claimant has timely submitted a complete Claim Package as set forth in Article III.
