Common use of Eligibility Period Clause in Contracts

Eligibility Period. An employee who has completed three (3) months or more employment in his/her first vacation year shall be allowed to take a paid vacation in the amount of time accrued to the start of vacation. Such time, if taken, shall be deducted from the employee’s total accrual for the first vacation year.
