Eligibility and Allowances. Employees are eligible to take vacation after the requisite years of service on the following basis: 1-4 10 days (80 hours) 5-8 15 days (120 hours) 9-11 17 days (136 hours) 12-15 20 days (160 hours) 16-19 23 days (184 hours) 20-23 25 days (200 hours) 24+ 28 days (224 hours)
