Elementary Supervision Time Sample Clauses

The Elementary Supervision Time clause defines the specific periods during which supervision is provided for elementary-aged children, typically in a school or childcare setting. This clause outlines the exact start and end times when staff are responsible for overseeing students, such as before school begins, during recess, or after school until pickup. Its core practical function is to clearly establish the boundaries of supervisory responsibility, ensuring both staff and parents understand when children are under official care and reducing the risk of disputes or liability for incidents occurring outside these times.
