ELEMENTARY PARENT CONFERENCE TIME. 7 31.1 For grades kindergarten through six, the parties agree to schedule four (4) early 8 dismissal half-days and one (1) evening in January and three (3) early dismissal half- 9 days in October for the purpose of conferencing with parents regarding an individual 10 student. Conferences shall be scheduled for all parents during each conference

The evening of parent conferencing in January is recognized as a trade for an early dismissal of staff and students on the day before Thanksgiving.
